Before real estate, Joseph built a distinguished executive career in tennis and country club leadership, serving as General Manager, Tennis Director, Head Tennis Professional, and Senior Manager at premier clubs and public facilities throughout the United States. At Hunters Green Country Club and Alamance Country Club, he revitalized dormant programs, built thriving memberships, launched innovative revenue-driving initiatives, and helped lead the development of a $2 million Tennis & Fitness Facility. His strategic marketing, community outreach, and program innovation transformed underutilized amenities into high-engagement, profitable operations.
Joseph is a United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) member since 1999 and a 5.0 NTRP competitor, with experience competing in junior national tournaments and NCAA Division III college tennis. His leadership style reflects the discipline, strategy, and mental resilience forged through elite competition.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ohio Northern University, with advanced training in economics, financial management, international business, public speaking, and organizational leadership. During college, Joseph participated in an international business study program, gaining firsthand insight into global operations at companies such as BMW, Siemens, Heineken, and British Petroleum, further strengthening his cross-cultural communication and strategic thinking.
